When will my order be delivered?

I do my best to ship all orders within 3-5 working days via tracked postage.  There may be a slight delay at busier times as items are generally printed to order.

 

My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?

Please allow 7 days for delivery.  If you haven't received your delivery after 7 days, please contact me on the form above.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Delivery is only available in the UK for now, however this may change in the future.  Sign up to the mailing list on the form above to keep updated!

What payment methods can I use?

Payment can be made via the secure online payment system with a credit or debit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

 

Can I return an item?

If you’d like to return an item, please contact me on the form above within 14 days of delivery with details of the issue.  

Return conditions:

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• If the item is not returned in the original condition, the buyer is responsible for the loss in value.

Can I customise a design?

Some designs can be customised for an additional fee. Please contact me on the form above with details of your request and I’ll see what I can do!

Do you have a physical shop?
